co-founder of LEK Consulting.
Roger Lawson

software companies. He has investments in a number of technology ventures and
presently divides his time between his own management consultancy practice and
providing active direction to his investee companies.
As Chairman of the Board, Roger brings a wealth of strategic management skills,
as well as a deep practical knowledge of the software business to Ixaris.
Ian Capp

dependent businesses, managing them successfully through rapid growth to sustainable
profit.
Prior to that Ian's career spanned 25 years, initially with multinational blue
chip technology businesses, a major Lloyds Insurance Broker and for 10 years as an
equity stakeholder in a technology based supplier of consulting, training, solutions
and services, overseeing its profitable organic domestic growth from start-up through
multinational acquisition to trade sale.
