Company Overview

Ixaris Systems Ltd has group companies in the UK and Malta. Our core business is innovation in electronic payment and other transactional systems.

The UK parent company was established in 2000 and raised its first round of finance in 2002. This was followed by further rounds in 2004 and 2006 plus the receipt of two DTI grants for innovation.

Ixaris UK is responsible for sales, marketing and definition of product. Ixaris Malta is on the other hand the company's R&D facility.

Ixaris has developed and is operating EntroPay, which has had significant success in attracting affiliates and payment service providers. EntroPay went live in December 2003, and has been undergoing a series of significant improvements since then.

Ixaris has also successfully fulfilled contracts for a variety of clients. These have included the joint development of a service called SmartSurf with Gradwell dot com Ltd and the development of a transaction engine for Orbian Management Ltd.
