We need to expand our sales force to deliver our next stage of growth and need professional, driven successful sales people to get us there. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales by developing client relationships with new clients that will lead to initial sales of services, creating strategies to penetrate the new regions or industries, and build strong relationships with the internal delivery and leadership team.
Job Responsabilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities consistent with B2B2C sales strategy
- Qualify, initiate and lead a sales dialogue with agreed prospects
- Present payment solutions at board room level, closing deals as a consequence
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop client relationships throughout the client’s organisation in each pertinent area including finance, compliance and risk management and other operational areas of the business
- Develop an account strategy, communication plan, and overall client satisfaction plan In collaboration with delivery leaders
- Develop a plan for using corporate and product marketing programmes to develop leads, deliver against quota, and customer satisfaction goals
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor intelligence
- Administer the sales ‘pipeline’ to report sales progress effectively to senior management and ensure a regular flow of qualified prospects

- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and staff

Skills:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of selling financial services with a transactional revenue base
- Proven track record of selling to large enterprises
- Previous experience in Internet based businesses
- Demonstrate a track record of closing deals on online payment solutions
- Familiarity with IT projects' life cycle at enterprise level
- A thorough understanding of online payment solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Numerate and articulate, comfortable negotiating at senior management level
- Eligible to work in the UK
