As the Product Director, you will plan, develop, and oversee delivery of Ixaris’ EntroPay-branded electronic payment products, coordinating activities across production, sales, advertising, promotion, research and development, market research, purchasing, distribution, package development, and finance.
Product vision / strategy:
- Identify new product trends and product-driven opportunities
- Translate broad company strategy into product strategy
- Define and plan product lines and product enhancements
Lead product development activity:
- Product promise and relationship with brand
- Work with designers to create look and feel
- Define navigational flow and user experience
- Define feature sets and scoping releases
- Evaluate product risks and trade-offs
Manage the product development lifecycle:
- Project management
- Report to management on the status and progress of all projects allocated
- Manage the actual and forecast budgets for individual product development projects
Work with external vendors and internal R&D and service provision groups:
- Provide a primary contact and relationship with selected vendors for the products being managed
- Manage product contracts
- Co-ordinate product-development activity across internal departments
